We have updated our sashimi inventory. Please enjoy our sashimi while we still have some fish left. As of right now, we are out of Salmon, Flounder, Red Seabream and O-toro.
We would like to thank all of our friends and customers for all these years for your support and friendship. As we try to close our chapter of our fish business, we would like to share our thoughts.
We will keep on trying to source best fish that is good for your health and best tasting. Our business model has always been about sharing what we prefer to eat, not selling what sells. The pursuit of this endevier will not change for our retirement years, and if we find anything good, we will keep on sharing in small blessings of availabilities we might experience in our retirement years.
We still want to share healthy and tasty eating with you in a smaller scale. We care for details of quality and happiness shared by eating. Yoko will keep making her natto, onigiri, miso, black beans, and baby sardies. She will ask Mitch to keep boston mackerel always in hand so we can always have Shimesaba or salted boston mackerel. Those are our stable food to keep you healthy.
Although our menu is shrinking, our heart is still the same, wanting to share good food with you always.
