Shimesaba - Marinated with rice vinegar and konbu (seaweed) for umami, Shimesaba is freshly marinated raw boston mackerel.  Boston mackerel is a very oily fish with lots of Omega 3.  Please order 5-6 hours ahead of time due to the time needed to marinate.  Price is per fillet.
