This is a mix set of Black Grouper Bones/Meat/skin ready to make Kue Nabe Soup. The base soup concentrade is also included in this price. All you need to do is to first make the soup by adding 1300ml water, boil, then, add bones and skin portion into the soup, cook for 5 min, then, add some vegetables such as napa, shiitake, maitake, shimeji, carraots, tofu, shirataki, shungiku, etc. as well as the meat portion of the black grouper. This soup is delicious. The soup base is homemade with "makombu" from Hokkaido.
