Fresh Uni from Rishiri, Japan.  The price is $67.00 for 1/3 of the tray.  
Because Uni cannot be frozen, this comes in Fresh from Japan, and sold as fresh only.  Rishiri is in Hokkaido, Japan, and is very famous best quality Uni.  
 
For Every Friday pickup, the order cut-off is 8 days ahead (Thursday morning of prior week).

You can plan a Uni party ahead of time, and if you would like for that Friday, we can prepare other Sashimi for the party.
