Kasuzuke means marinated with Sake kasu (酒粕) or sake lees (pressed lees left over from the production of sake (Japanese rice wine) with Miso and Mirin.  Sake kasu and Miso makes the salmon taste fruity and similar to sake itself.  The package is individually vacumm packed and frozen assorted package.
