Special imports from Japan.  Yuzu is an asian citrus with high aroma.  This Yuzu-gosho is a paste made with salt and pepper, making it a best enhancement with our Flounder Kobujime.  The aroma of kombu in the fish is enhanced with yuzu.  When you order Kobujime, you will be served with some of this Yuzugosho.  This can be also used with Stakes, scramble eggs, and anything else such as Udon, etc.
